About Me

I am a native of  San Francisco, CA.  I later moved to Atlanta, GA to attend Clark Atlanta University where I achieved my Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising. Being a firm believer of giving back to the community, I have been  involved in various charitable activities as a member of Off The Field (OTF) Players Wives Association. I have also obtained a seat on the board of The Re-Joyce Foundation whose funds are used to aid adults living with Sickle Cell.
The trials, triumphs, and tribulations experienced along my journey as an NFL wife, mother of two, and entrepreneur brought about the revelation of my life's purpose. Having undergone the loss of connection within my own self became the motive behind creating an awareness regarding an all too familiar scenario.
Speaking from the heart while sharing some of my life learned lessons with my peers became my passion.  Those genuine heart to heart "Girl Talks" quickly took on a life of their own becoming a very    successful and fulfilling career.
I am  now an established motivational speaker who delivers my heart felt messages to various audiences.  S.O.S, the acronym for Sense Of Self,  is appropriately used as I convey the sense of urgency in regards to maintaining that connection to oneself.  My ultimate goal is to inspire  self awareness in those who are searching to define their authentic self in order to live a more harmonious life.
